One of the most common reasons a household doesn’t show up correctly in updated lists is that Aadhaar e-KYC (electronic Know Your Customer) hasn’t been completed for one or more family members. To fix this:
- Visit your nearest Fair Price Shop or MeeSeva center with Aadhaar cards for all family members on the card.
- Request Aadhaar seeding / e-KYC for each member.
- Complete biometric or OTP verification.
- Ask the operator to confirm the update was submitted to the EPDS database — it can take a few days to reflect in reports.
