- Open the official EPDS Telangana portal directly and check the address bar. Do not confuse a similarly named information website with the government portal.
- Choose the service matching your purpose, such as looking up an existing card or checking an application.
- Read the identification fields shown. Use the relevant number from your card or application acknowledgement.
- If part of the page appears unfinished, reload once or try a supported browser. Keep any unsent form information elsewhere before closing the page.
- If Aadhaar is still absent, use another identifier accepted by that form. Do not paste Aadhaar into a ration-card-number field.
